Roof Deficiencies

On the ground looking up at a roof it's hard to tell if there are any defects unless it is blatantly obvious. There are various roof deficiencies that we look for, some are more noticeable while others require a little more investigating. Below are some pictures that illustrate some of the deficiencies that we search for.
